Agreement

Gym rules and signature.

Read the rules before submitting. These apply to adult members and to any child member linked under an adult account.

Train with control. Lift properly, use controlled technique, and do not throw or drop equipment unless it is part of safe lifting on the correct platform.
Respect the gym and the people in it. No bullying, intimidation, harassment, abusive language, or behaviour that makes another member feel unsafe or unwelcome.
Ask before filming or taking photos. If another person could appear in your photo or video, ask their permission first. Do not film strangers in the background without consent.
Keep coaching clear. Do not coach, correct, or handle another member unless they have asked you to, or a coach has told you to help.
Use equipment properly. Put plates, bars, collars, bands, benches, and accessories back where they belong after use.
Use collars when needed. Use collars on bars where plates may move, especially during bench press, overhead work, deadlifts, or uneven loading.
Keep the floor clear. Bags, bottles, tripods, plates, and personal items must not block walkways, racks, platforms, or emergency access.
Report damage or problems. If equipment breaks, feels unsafe, or something goes wrong, tell the gym as soon as possible.
No unsafe ego lifting. Do not attempt lifts that put you or others at obvious risk. Ask for a spotter or help when needed.
Respect opening, access, and membership rules. Do not share access, door codes, keys, login details, or membership access with anyone else.
Children must follow agreed supervision rules. Child attendance, training, and supervision must follow the arrangement agreed with Old Tyme Strength.
Leave the gym ready for the next person. Clean up after yourself, respect the space, and leave equipment in a usable condition.
